Relationships are key to achieving the very best outcomes. We forge these relationships both with our clients and with representatives at lending institutions. This means we have the greatest choice of solutions at our fingertips, which we then consider against your borrowing needs.
We’ll advise you on the most suitable products for you. We’ll undertake a mortgage comparison in the context of your needs and circumstances. The best mortgage rate is always part of the equation, but so is future flexibility and the small print. Our experience and attention to detail means that we’re used to providing solutions that other advisors may, quite simply, have overlooked.
Our Residential Mortgage Solutions include:
High-value Mortgages
High value mortgages for high net worth and high-income clients, including complex financial circumstances.
Interest Only Mortgages
There are many reasons why an interest only mortgage is attractive, especially if you are confident in a substantial increase in income, or expecting a large lump sum to allow you to pay off part or all of the mortgage within a few years.
Offset Mortgage
Offset mortgages allow you to use your cash savings to reduce your interest costs whilst retaining access to those savings. There is an additional tax benefit for higher rate tax payers as no interest is payable on those savings. Combined with interest only, this can be an attractive option. Not all mortgages provide offset, and there can be a pricing difference, so a thorough review of both offset and standard mortgages is necessary.
Joint Borrower, Sole Proprietor and Guarantor Options
Adding borrowers who will not be owners of the property can increase the potential options for buying and refinancing.
Equity Release
If you are over 55, equity release is a way of releasing equity from your home without having to move. You can read more about equity release here
Equity release will reduce the value of your estate and can affect your eligibility for means tested benefits.
Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
Daniel was excellent throughout the process… I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
